Johnny Alvarado serves as head foreman and is a skilled craftsman of construction repairs. Johnny has 10 years of experience in repairs including: flooring installation,  tile showers, framing, roof eaves, decks and patios, sheetrock, texturing, and siding. Johnny holds a Structural Pest Control Board Branch III applicator’s license, and is knowledgeable in pesticides and treatment for termite infestations. He is a true expert in custom renovation and improvements, and is always adding to his skill set.

When Johnny isn’t working, you’ll find him with family, or working with youth in his church. He’s an avid sports fan and likes to travel.

Assistant Office Manager, Relda Franke, serves as liaison between clients, managers, and work crew—to coordinate essential services. She directly supports the managers, as Safety Coordinator, Account Manager, Training and License Coordinator and Office Manager. As Christine’s right hand, Relda's duties and functions are without limits.

Relda is an active member of the community and lends her talents to McHenry House, Boys & Girls Club, Relay For Life, and Brighter Christmas.

She treasures time with family, and fills in the gaps with fishing, softball, golf and bicycle riding.

Mandi Moniz provides quality customer service to Take Care Termites’ clients, prepares weekly pest control and service schedules. She manages the pest control calendar to insure all clients receive their scheduled service. As an administrative assistant, Mandi is often involved in research and computer projects. She is a vital contributor to the business operations at Take Care Termite.

Mandi is committed to family, friends, and enjoys an active life—you might also find her reading a good book on the beach.

A skilled craftsmen with eight years of experience in construction, Jeshua, is a key contributor to Take Care Termite. His skills include major remodels, framing, and custom repairs  He is the resident expert on finish work.

Jeshua  enjoys spending time with family, friends, and is a
gifted artist and musician. Working out at the gym is a favorite past time for him.
