Ray Carrier
Ray Carrier holds licenses in the following, Structural Pest Control Board as a Branch III Operator and Branch II Field
Representative as well as a Bird Barrier Certification. Ray is further qualified
through his 22 years of service in the pest control industry. He is a
specialist in termite inspections for residential and commercial structures. As
co-owner he manages field operations, quality control, customer service, and serves as
the resident knowledge expert on the latest technology for pest control, safety
compliance, application laws and regulations. Ray is active with the CVAR, Business Network International, and serves as Co-chair for the Pest
Control Operators of California—Mid-Cal district.
Ray enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and their families. He enjoys
church activities, adventure traveling and soccer. His physical pursuits
include: long bicycle rides, working out in the gym, hiking and backpacking.

Christine Carrier
Christine Carrier holds a B. S. in Organizational
Behavior from the University of Pacific. Prior to taking on the role of
Operations Manager, she worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in
computer management. As Take Care Termite’s key strategist and visionary,
Christine also serves as HR Manager, CFO, Marketing Director and IT Manager. She
is a member of the Pest Control Operators of California, where she is currently
serving as Director for the Mid-Cal district.
Recognized by her peers as “Affiliate of the Year” by California Central Valley
Association of Realtors, Christine continues to give back to her community
through the Chamber of Commerce, Tracy Women’s Forum,
and Business Network International.
Her passions include: family, friends, traveling, dancing the night
away and physical activities such as biking, golf and working out at the sports
club.

Kevin Earp
Kevin Earp holds licenses in Structural Pest Control Board as a Branch II
Operator and Branch III Field Representative as well as certification in Bird
Barrier technology. His 12 years of experience includes: customer service
management, pest control trainer, treatment technician, and repair technician.
Kevin is an official for Northern California Modified Association (NCMA) Sprint
cars, an official at Altamont Raceway, and winner of Crew Chief Of The Year
(2005)—mini super truck division.
When Kevin is not killing bugs, you will find him at he racetrack where he
serves as an official for NCMA Sprints. Kevin has four children, and is a proud
grandpa. He plans to get his grandson behind the wheel of a racecar as soon
as he can reach the pedals!
